Wincham Investments Ltd was established in 1994 by Malcolm Roach and his son Mark.
The business was established to manage a property portfolio in both the UK and Spain , Malcolm made his first investment in Spain in 1978 , buying a new off plan apartment for £6000. The company now has a property portfolio valued at more than €3 million and covers investments in residential rental property in the UK and Spain ,a wealth of knowledge and many contacts have been obtained over this period ,and is now available to clients to assist with their property acquisitions, sales or rentals.
